1 · What you are buying

The products in this store are ready-made digital files, delivered automatically once payment is confirmed.

1.1 The purchase grants a right of use of the product under the conditions described in these Terms. It does not represent a transfer of ownership or exclusivity.

1.2 Products sold in the catalogue are not exclusive: the same item may be purchased by other customers.

1.3 The description, images and list of what is included on the product page define what will be delivered.

2 · Account and Discord link

The purchase is tied exclusively to the Discord account used when placing the order.

2.1 The name shown on the payment receipt does not change this rule. Always buy from your own account.

2.2 Products, licences and downloads remain available in the My account area while the account is active and the licence valid.

2.3 Losing access to your Discord account may mean losing access to your products. Talk to support before switching accounts.

3 · Payment

Payments are processed by Mercado Pago, PayPal and Stripe. This store does not receive, store or have access to your card details.

3.1 Prices are shown in US dollars and converted to local currency at the rate in force at the time of purchase.

3.2 The order is confirmed when the payment provider approves the payment. Until then, the order remains pending.

3.3 Pending orders expire automatically after the period shown on the payment screen and can be placed again.

4 · Delivery

Delivery is automatic: as soon as payment is confirmed, the product appears in My account with the download released.

4.1 Delivery depends on payment confirmation by the provider. Pix is usually immediate; other methods may take longer.

4.2 We keep the download available in your account for as long as the product exists in the catalogue and the licence is active. Even so, keep your own backup of the files you receive.

5 · WP protection and IP binding

Some MTA:SA products are delivered with WP protection. In those cases the rules below apply, and you also accept them at the time of purchase.

5.1 Protected files: models, collisions, textures and scripts are encrypted and cannot be modified. In case of conflict or technical failure, contact the team for analysis and correction.

5.2 Fixed IP: the product works only on the IP configured in the customer area. It cannot be used on more than one server at the same time.

5.3 Changing the IP is allowed from the customer area, respecting the minimum interval shown there. Changes outside that interval can be requested from support.

5.4 Tampering attempts: any proven attempt to bypass the protection results in blocking of the products involved.

5.5 Before any block for suspected tampering, the situation is reviewed. An isolated signal is not automatically treated as the customer's fault.

6 · Licence of use

The purchase authorises use of the product on your server, under the conditions agreed.

6.1 The purchase does not authorise resale, redistribution, public sharing, leaking or making the files available to third parties.

6.2 You may give access to the files to your own development team, exclusively to install, maintain or develop your server.

6.3 It is your responsibility to inform your team that the files may not be resold or distributed.

6.4 To transfer or sublicense the product to another person or server, consult support in advance.

7 · Copyright

The sale does not transfer the copyright and economic rights in the work.

7.1 You receive the usage rights provided by the licence purchased.

7.2 Any full assignment of rights must be negotiated and expressly recorded between the parties.

7.3 The store may use images and videos of your products in its portfolio and promotion.

8 · Leaking, resale and distribution

It is prohibited to leak, resell, redistribute, publicly share or commercialise the files without authorisation.

8.1 Where there are signs of a leak, the situation is reviewed before any measure is taken.

8.2 Where irregular distribution by the customer, or with their authorisation, is proven, they may be barred from buying and from receiving support in the future, without prejudice to applicable legal measures.

8.3 A leak carried out by a third party does not automatically mean the original buyer is at fault. The origin and circumstances are reviewed.

9 · Refunds

9.1 The store does not issue automatic refunds. No order is reversed by the system: every refund depends on review and manual authorisation by the team.

9.2 Refunds are granted exclusively in the event of a technical failure that is proven, attributable to the store, and not resolved by support.

9.3 Refund requests must go through support, by ticket on the official Discord. Requests made outside that channel are not processed.

9.4 Before any refund, the team has the right to attempt a fix. A defective product is corrected at no cost; only if the defect persists is a refund considered.

9.5 There is no refund for change of mind, for incompatibility with the buyer's server, for unfamiliarity with the published specifications, or for breach of the protection terms.

9.6 A refund revokes the licence. Once a refund is granted, access to the product and the protection stop working, and the files must be removed from your server.

9.7 Immediate delivery. By completing the purchase you expressly request and authorise immediate delivery of the digital content, and acknowledge that delivery is complete the moment the product is released in your account. Protected files are inseparable from the server where they were installed and cannot be returned or recalled.

10 · Payment disputes (chargeback)

10.1 In the event of a dispute or chargeback, the corresponding licence is revoked automatically while the dispute is ongoing.

10.2 We will present the order, payment and delivery records to the payment provider.

10.3 If the dispute is resolved in your favour, the licence is reinstated.

11 · Support, updates and compatibility

11.1 Support is provided through the store's official Discord and covers installation and operation of the delivered product.

11.2 We are not responsible for conflicts caused by third-party scripts, maps, objects, resources or modifications installed on your server.

11.3 Changes made by you or your team to the delivered files are not considered a defect in the original delivery.

11.4 Future updates to MTA:SA, FiveM, GTA, frameworks or third-party tools may require later adaptations.

11.5 When we publish a new version of a product you bought, it appears in My account at no additional cost.

11.6 This support policy does not limit warranties or rights that are mandatory under applicable law.

12 · Personal data

12.1 To sell and deliver, we process your Discord account data, the order data, and the IP of the server where the protection is activated.

12.2 Payment data is handled by the payment providers, not by this store.

12.3 To access, correct or delete your data, use the support channel on Discord.

12.4 Full details are in the Privacy Policy.

13 · Changes to these Terms

13.1 These Terms may be updated. Each purchase is governed by the version in force at the moment it was accepted, and the accepted version is recorded with the order.

13.2 A future change does not automatically alter the conditions of a purchase already made.

14 · Acceptance

14.1 Acceptance of these Terms is mandatory before payment and is recorded with the order.

14.2 By accepting, you declare that you have read and understood the rules on licence, delivery, protection, refunds and use described here.
